A great value 120day account has been penalised with excessive rate cuts. Staff seemed unhelpful and onus always put on us to print out application papers and post in passbook... Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

Thoroughness of security checks/hurdles

Whilst things like the Verification Code were unexpected, it and other security barriers made this a tough account to actually set up and get live but I'm re-assured that the money should be safe. It would be good to see how they score in anti-money-laundering measures! Maybe The Melton even has lessons for other institutions to learn from? Reviewed on: 6th July 2022
