Large Deposit

I am a bit disappointed that I cannot seem to deposit £500 from my debit card. They tried to do it but it would not work. I don’t really want to use cash for that amount. Not the staffs fault, they are all lovely Reviewed on: 1st August 2026

I'm in the phone booth it's the one across the hall

Strong interest rates on Cash ISA's in previous years but the offset is that you can rarely get them to answer the phone. You can't even wait in a queue as after a short period you're given an option to leave a message or hang up. Reviewed on: 27th July 2026
