Al rayan offers sharia complaint services but is not user friendly. The banking app is severely out dated and is hard to use and there products are confusing. Customer service is not 24/7 and is hard to engage with them Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

Easy to operate fixed term accounts.

Opened a fixed term savings account with an 'expected profit' (interest) which was one of the best rates around at the time. No problems opening account and received regular updates in writing by post. The account recently matured and was, on my request, transfered into my current account. Easy to operate and no problems at all. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
