Excellent customer service

I have been with this bank for some years now as they offer competitive saving rates. However my main reason for my loyalty is their excellent customer service which I have always exemplary. Nothing has been too much trouble if l had any problems or difficulties and I have felt to be a valued client and an individual person in my own right.
