Opened a fixed term savings account with an 'expected profit' (interest) which was one of the best rates around at the time. No problems opening... Opened a fixed term savings account with an 'expected profit' (interest) which was one of the best rates around at the time. No problems opening account and received regular updates in writing by post. The account recently matured and was, on my request, transfered into my current account.     Awful treatment after bereavement

    Absolute shambles. They claim not to have received correspondence providing evidence of death. They have no record of correspondence sent to me. Constantly changing the... Absolute shambles.     Al Rayan offer great savings accounts with excellent profit rates (not interest) so it’s according to my faith and ethics. The bank is for everyone... Having said the above I would not recommend their home purchase plans, I feel the conditions are ridiculously difficult and the overall cost is extortionate. Hence my title for this review….!
