    Opened a fixed term savings account with an 'expected profit' (interest) which was one of the best rates around at the time. No problems opening... Opened a fixed term savings account with an 'expected profit' (interest) which was one of the best rates around at the time. No problems opening account and received regular updates in writing by post. The account recently matured and was, on my request, transfered into my current account.     Fed up with online systems. Verification code by mobile as well as log in why !!! It does not work
