First Isa experience.

I took out my first Isa last year with Shawbrook and as it was only to be done online I was extremely unsure of how to proceed but it was so simple. I have had cause to ring them since and have found them willing and helpful. As the Isa reached maturity they emailed me explaining my options and when I rang, once more, they talked me through the process. Thanks Shawbrook of a stress free experience.
