Keeping me in check!

Great that I can stick in £300 a month and not being able to touch it, then getting my interest at the end of the 12 months and being apply to apply to have the exact ssame account again! Good savings account rate

Having a First Direct current account mean's I can access a good savings rate account set for a year. Being able to access information by the website and app is necessary and doesn't drop out or crash. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Savings Account.

Savings Account. I have a savings account with First Direct. It was very easy and quick to open i did it through the app/website. I could easily manage/check my balance online and in the app. The interest rate was good at the time comparing to the rest of the market however it would be great if this was higher. It had a fixed interest rate which is always the best type to have. Reviewed on: 15th July 2025

Great bank

There are never any robots when I call the customer service line which is great. They also have the highest interest rate on the fixed rate savings account which is 7%. I have never had any issues using them. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025
