Fantastic online experience

Incredibly easy to open an account online, instantly saw money going in (not the case with many saving products) and super easy to manage. Good, informative website, with the bank also offering good saving rates at the time I used them. Reviewed on: 7th March 2024

Don't touch

My elderly parents invested in a small bond. Cost of living crisis hit. My parents are elderly in their 80s and my father disabled. My parents cannot afford to feed themselves and pay bills and asked for early access to money as they are facing LOSING THEIR HOME and Bankruptcy! But the Bank unmoved.
