My elderly parents invested in a small bond. Cost of living crisis hit. My parents are elderly in their 80s and my father disabled. My parents cannot afford to feed themselves and pay bills and asked for early access to money as they are facing LOSING THEIR HOME and Bankruptcy! But the Bank unmoved. Disgusting Disgraceful Don't know meaning of the words treating customers fairly
