Exceptional Support

I honestly can’t recommend Tim highly enough. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand my circumstances, patiently explained my options, and guided me through choosing the right mortgage. Nothing ever felt rushed, and he was always kind, approachable, and happy to answer my questions. Unfortunately, my flat sale fell through, meaning we had to start the whole process again. Just when everything was finally back on track, my mortgage offer expired, and I thought I was back to square one. Once again, Tim came to the rescue. He kept me calm, clearly explained what information was needed from me and the underwriters, liaised with everyone on my behalf, and worked incredibly hard to get everything back in place. What stood out most was how person-centred his approach was. He understood how stressful and emotional the whole process can be, especially when you’re trying to juggle work and everyday life at the same time. I always felt supported, informed, and reassured. Thanks to Tim’s dedication and persistence, we not only secured a new mortgage offer, but he also managed to keep the original interest rate, which was an amazing outcome and a huge relief. A Smooth, Stress-Free Mortgage Experience

I’m extremely impressed with the service I received from Bath Building Society, and especially from my mortgage advisor, Tim. From the very start, Tim has been incredibly supportive, professional, and reassuring. He guided me through every stage of the process, answered all my questions clearly, and helped me complete the forms with confidence. What could have been a stressful experience felt smooth and straightforward thanks to Tim’s calm, positive attitude and attention to detail. He was always quick to respond and very good at explaining what was important—and what I didn’t need to worry about! That made a huge difference. I’m absolutely delighted that my mortgage offer was produced so quickly, in just five working days. The efficiency and personal service I received exceeded all expectations.
