Tim and Nick who have supported us with the Mortgage we recently purchased have been first class. So many times we have had inferior services from organisations once they know the sale is made, but not at all with Bath Building Society and Tim and Nick. Bath Building Society - very flexible

Bath Building Society were very flexible and arranged a mortgage that many other lenders could not cope with. We run a guest house for mobile workers who stay with us for several months. None of the other lenders we approached could fit us into one of their predetermined boxes and declined us. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

Great customer service

My mortgage term with Bath Building Society came to an end so I renewed another 5 year fixed term and it was so easy and stress free to do. The team at BBS are always on the phone or respond via email if ever you need them. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026
