First time buyers dream

As a first time buyer the prospect of hunting for a house, let alone a mortage is daunting. Glasgow CU has made the process so much easier, from getting the princlple to actually getting the mortgage. The interset was lower than all other providers and knowing the money is coming from the city and not a bank has eased my mind too Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

People before profits.

Supposed us to get a mortgage with age aspects making it difficult with other providers. They were supportive and pro ided the best interest rate for us allowing the option to pay more without penalty ir pay off with a minimum rate applied making it a ery viable option. Credit Union is focused on supporting member rather than profi which is a rarity these days. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025
