We used Glasgow Credit for our first mortgage it was excellent Reviewed on: 16th July 2022

Efficient service

I was a member for a few months and had a look at their mortgages. The process was quite straight forward, from explaining mortgage types, the mortgage in principle, what to look for in a Home Report and what they could not lend on. I viewed a flat, made my offer and six weeks later was moved in! Best is they do not use the Bank of England so my rates have not gone up. Amazing. Reviewed on: 16th July 2022

Mortgage and savings

I absolutely love saving with credit union such an east set up and the way they work is brilliant I love that they can deduct money of your wages before being paid for mortgage and saving payments as well as loans if you work for certain companies and their app works brilliant compared to most banking apps that come with issues Reviewed on: 16th July 2022

Hassle free

Great customer care. Have a mortgage and had some personal loans including a car loan and all done brilliantly by the credit union. I didn’t even know I was able to join the credit union till a few years ago and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great company Reviewed on: 15th July 2022

I’ve had my mortgage with GCU since 2015, having had the option to swap to another provider, I never! The advisors are so accommodating and friendly and go above and beyond! During the covid crisis there were on hand to help with any assistance I needed. I wouldn’t have got this with a high street bank. Great work! Reviewed on: 15th July 2022
