The mortgage adviser delivered an excellent service

The mortgage adviser delivered a friendly, engaging and very efficient service- very impressed with email communication, keeping us informed, being genuinely interested and managing expectations.. It is clear that BBS are a very professional firm, but the rating given reflects the excellent personal service that we received. All businesses promote client first propositions- this is evidenced by people and Tim excelled at this. Reviewed on: 30th July 2026
