Excellent service

The ONLY building society offering the package needed (rent a room), and we didn't want to go with a bank. Tim Randall made the whole application and approval process so easy with friendly, clear and prompt communications throughout- a real credit to your society. When an issue with the property lease was uncovered by our solicitor , Tim was instrumental in quickly agreeing an effective solution. That's what stood out- a willingness to find solutions based on sound experience and knowldge. Reviewed on: 27th July 2026
