Phone hacked after giving my details

Possible confidential information breech. My phone got hacked after my mortgage broker give my details to this company. They also reduced the offer to 50%, even though I work for the NHS. Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

Great building society for mortgage

I have a mortgage with Leeds Building Society with an awesome rate. I was able to fix my rate before the interest rates peaked. Leeds Building Society extended my offer despite the huge difference in the rate I was offered and the current rate Reviewed on: 29th March 2024

I would like to commend the professionalism, attitude and knowledge of your staff. My enquiries were always dealt with a timely manner. Amazing services and competent advisors

Best customer service

I've had a mortgage with LBS for almost 8 years (3 products on 2 properties); as well as good interest rates, the customer service has always been excellent - even when I made a complaint about something that turned out not to be their fault, they were very helpful with providing information so that I could pursue the matter with the appropriate party. Impressive customer service

I had the best experience renewing my mortgage product last year. My existing product was about to end and I was able to simply complete my application for a new product online, so long as I was not altering the amount or term. As I was interested in reducing the term I contacted an advisor. She answered every question I had and advised that I could reduce the term retrospectively without penalty.
