Easy to set up and use, with many useful features.

The app is easy to use, and the account has many useful features such as interest paid on the whole balance, being able to make payments from other linked accounts and access to a selection of savings accounts with above average interest rates. I've not had cause to contact them except for a question about a product (which was answered satisfactorily by the bots), but they seem to be constantly adding new features and trying to improve both the products and the app Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Transparent and informative

I chose Nutmeg because of their option for socially responsible investments as well as the ability to view and manage investments via the app/web interface. The newsletters they send are also informative. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023

Best customer service

I've had a mortgage with LBS for almost 8 years (3 products on 2 properties); as well as good interest rates, the customer service has always been excellent - even when I made a complaint about something that turned out not to be their fault, they were very helpful with providing information so that I could pursue the matter with the appropriate party.
