I have a Lifetime Isa with Skipton and often use their Cash Isa, always satisfied.

Long standing customer who has had good service up until now. I renewed an isa bond which pays the interest monthly to an external account... Long standing customer who has had good service up until now. I renewed an isa bond which pays the interest monthly to an external account and worked fine up untill I renewed in March. Now the interest isnt showing and the online chat just says the admin dept are dealing with it and will take 15 working days. Really unhappy about it. If I owed them money on a mortgage it would be different I'm sure. Other than complaining does anyone know of the procedure for taking this further? Read more Read less

Customers still have the choice to use branches, the app or the website - some building societies actively discriminate against branch customers by offering poorer rates for branch accounts - not Skipton.
