There seems to be an excessive amount of time (measured in months) before I can receive MY money. This has happened on three occasions, with administrative issues being blamed each time.     Skipton has been great!

    We have had a really positive experience with our mortgage provider Skipton, they were most competitive with pricing and the customer service has been great throughout.

Customers still have the choice to use branches, the app or the website - some building societies actively discriminate against branch customers by offering poorer rates for branch accounts - not Skipton.
