    Opened an account twelve months ago. Always polite service when l have to visit. Noticed other staff being really helpful + patience to help others.

    Initially started an account from Accrington branch the lady ( sorry can't remember her name now was very good at explaining what was on offer... Sadly Accrington branch closed went into Clitheroe and one of the ladies Ann was someone I knew from my school class over 50 years ago! Also young girl Laura who is lovely.     So easy to transact with

    I have a couple of savings accounts with Skipton. They are extremely responsive. Offer good interest rates and the App is so easy to use.

    I had a twelve month fixed rate bond that matured while I was hospitalised I was unable to get in touch with the skipton, when... I had a twelve month fixed rate bond that matured while I was hospitalised I was unable to get in touch with the skipton, when I was eventually discharged from hospital I went to my local branch to give instructions only to find out that the skipton had second guessed my intentions and reinvested my money into another twelve months bond which is exactly what I wanted .I know that other banks deposit your money into a measly account paying a very low rate of interest but not the skipton ,they did what was best for the customer Read more Read less
