Simple, Secure, and Reliable Digital Bank

I have had a very positive experience using Revolut Bank. They provide helpful advice on financial decisions and have even prevented me from losing money by alerting me to potential issues and unusual transactions. One of the things I value most is how easy it is to track my monthly direct debits. Revolut allows me to see when payments are due, how much is being taken, and provides clear records of all direct debits at any time that is convenient for me. This makes managing my finances much less stressful. I have been using Revolut for over two years and have not experienced any downtime or service interruptions. The app is very reliable and works smoothly. It is also extremely easy to set up, especially for first-time users or people who are new to the UK, as the process is quick and straightforward. In addition, the app interface is user-friendly, customer support is responsive, and features like instant notifications, budgeting tools, and spending insights make it easy to stay in control of your money. Overall, Revolut is a secure, modern, and trustworthy banking solution that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple and efficient way to manage their finances. Revolut Business or Revolut X SCAM for crypto

Do not make the mistake of using Revolut Business or Revolut X for your cryptocurrency investments. While they make it incredibly easy to "buy" and deposit money, they make it a nightmare to actually own your assets. Here is the "Scam" cycle they put you through: The "Hostage" Restriction: The moment you try to move a significant amount of crypto to your own cold wallet (self-custody), they flag your account for a "security review." Your funds are effectively frozen while they ask for endless documentation. The Limit Trap: Once they "unblock" you, they often apply ridiculously low daily withdrawal limits (sometimes as low as £2,000). If you have a large position, it will take you weeks or months of daily manual effort to move your own money out. The Fee Bleed: Every single one of these small mandatory transactions carries a "Revolut Service Fee" (usually £5 per transaction for BTC/ETH) plus the network fee. If you are forced to move £50,000 in tiny £2000 increments, you are paying Revolut thousands of pounds in fees just to withdraw your own money. No Private Keys: You do not own the keys on Revolut. They act as a middleman that profits from your inability to leave. Conclusion: If you value your financial freedom, stay away. Use a real exchange like Kraken or Binance where you can withdraw your full balance at once, and then move it to a hardware wallet. Revolut Business is designed to keep your capital hostage while slowly draining it through forced, high-frequency fees. Not your keys, not your coins. Avoid at all costs. Disappointing experience with Revolut Business rewards

Overall, the Revolut Business app is easy to use and well designed. Daily banking functions work smoothly, and the interface is intuitive. However, my experience with their rewards/referral program has been very disappointing. I recommended Revolut Business to a friend, followed all the stated conditions, but never received the promised reward. I contacted customer support and spent three days chatting with different agents, with no clear explanation or resolution. After that, I submitted an official complaint through customer service, but received no response at all. This makes the rewards program feel misleading and unreliable. While the app itself is functional, the lack of transparency and poor handling of complaints seriously affects trust. Avoid at all costs!

Avoid! I signed up to Revolut Business a few years ago and used it for a few overseas clients. I stopped using it very quickly because the process of setting up payments, converting currency and withdrawing money was so clunky, confusing and laborious. Not only that, the rates I was getting were not even worth the bother. I hadn't used them in a few years when I got an email to say I need to add money in my account to cover my plan fee. Plan fee?! I had never been on a paid plan. The previous month they had changed my plan to a monthly paid subscription and I was now in debt unbeknownst to myself. The process to cancel your account was probably the most difficult I have come across. It took me over an hour on live chat and I had to take not one, but two selfies to send them with my personal details. It felt like they were intentionally making the process difficult and humiliating with the hoops they wanted you to jump through. Steer clear! Reviewed on: 20th November 2025

You must avoid this bank at all costs.

You must avoid this bank at all costs. When they want information on your account under the normal AML regulations they suspend your account for no reason and you have nobody to speak to. This could close a business since you have no ability to make or receive payments during that period. Be warned keep away from this bank. They held on to over £200,000 of my clients company’s money for nearly two months whilst they asked their AML questions, which nearly put them out of business. Revolut Customer support is basic at best

Revolut does not provide good customer support, they offer no contact methods and try and frustrate you through basic chat bot answers. when you do reach the first line support they have standard answers and have no ability to escalate any issue. We experienced a Tokenised fraud where currency was bought on multiple occasions. Revolut's answer is that a) it must of been us, ie we are lying and trying to defraud them b) Chargeback rules do not cover Tokenised fraud c) most worryingly there is no appetite to investigate this to ensure it doesn't happen again.
