Great bank, easy to navigate app and 24/7 support

I've banked with Ulsterbank for over 10 years and they just keep getting better. Very trustworthy company and they have a chat facility available 24/7 for any concerns. Love their app and they offer an emergency cash option if you ever forget your debit card. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Absolute disaster of a company

Applied for a business account, and was asked the most ridiculous questions..... "Please indicate the mode of payment that will be used to deposit the funds into the account : Cash Transfer from UK Banks Transfer from a non-UK Bank (the branch is in a country other than UK)" They then went on to ask what bank!!!!! How on earth is any business to know where their customers bank, or even what customers they may be dealing with next week? Then they tell me that a 2nd application for a bank account (that I didn't make) has magically appeared in the last 24 hours. No. Just no. Reviewed on: 14th February 2023

Never had any issues!

We’ve had our business banking with Ulster Bank for 20 years. In all the time we’ve never had an issue. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the online system is easy to use, meaning the only time we need to pop into the branch is with a very rare cheque! Reviewed on: 21st November 2017
