Avoid at All Costs: Incompetent, Poor Communication..

Avoid at All Costs – Incompetent, Zero Communication (most is me chasing), and a Complete Waste of Time I started discussions with IFX Payments back in July 2024, and as of writing this review, I still haven’t received a proposal. Despite multiple calls, over 140+ emails, and sharing an extensive amount of information, their team has been nothing short of useless. I’ve dealt with five different people, including senior management and directors, yet every single one has failed to deliver on their word or commitment. Communication is non-existent – I’ve had to chase and follow up constantly, only to be met with vague responses, empty promises, and zero progress. If you're considering IFX Payments, don’t bother. There are at least three to four competitors who provided me with the information I needed within 24 hours – something IFX failed to do in over six months. Shocking service, disorganised processes, and an absolute waste of time. Avoid. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

Always amazing personal service

IFX always gives great one on one service (it feels good to be dealing with a person) and not a contact centre. Also their exchange rates are normally best. I am always very satisfied as a customer. Reviewed on: 19th March 2021

Superb personalized exchange service

IFX provided me with entirely personalized and personal service for the movement of funds from a property transaction in Italy (paid in euros) to my United States bank (where the sum arrived in dollars). Their exchange rate was entirely fair and very advantageous and the team that oversaw the transfer (complex over time and space due in large part to the COVID-19 pandemic) kept a close eye on the movement of the funds. I cannot praise IFX Payments highly enough. Not only would I use them again for another transaction but I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Foreign Currency Exchange, GBP /Euro.s

The financial services provided by James Walton and his colleagues at IFX were recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance more than ten years ago. I have made use of their good offices ever since, purchasing Euro.s on a monthly basis.
