Louise was exceptionally professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. She was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Friendly, professional staff who care!

Chorley Building Society staff are friendly, professional and helpful in their approach. I called them today about fixing a new rate and they were extremely efficient in sorting everything out for me. I felt they went the extra mile in helping me to make an informed choice which has ultimately saved me money. Special shout out to Mark but have to say all the staff here seem 'human' and we are so glad we chose them for our mortgage. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025
