Skilled and empathetic customer service

As a consumer, the mortgage world I can be one of great anxieties. The customer service advisor was very skilled in knowledge and expertise which was so reassuring but also very empathetic which was greatly appreciated. Eloise is always very helpful and patient.

A human touch in this age !!!
