Very personable team, the support we received when going through a difficult time that was out of our control was just fabulous, so helpful, compassionate and understanding. We received regular calls to see how things were and if we needed support/ additional support. Speaking to the support team on the telephone was never a worrying experience. Our issues are now resolved and thankfully we are back on track. Without the support it would have certainly been a more stressful time Reviewed on: 27th February 2026

for my first case the experience has been underwhelm...

for my first case the experience has been underwhelming and frustrating for the following reasons - getting registered was hard work due to H & R issues , application submitted on 51% ltv LTD co BTL then due to obscure background stress test on separate btl ltd co - loan reduced to 49% ltv -challenged and told no movement , challenged again to finally get common sense applied as not difference in risk , now got it offered to be sent a really long winded way to try to get offer to view and check - also all this info has been sent along with Government moneyhelp document direct to client - as my client introduced to H & R i would expect to see what is being sent to client and also for client to also have to register and log in to try to receive offer document is painful . glad we have got it to offer but it was hard work Reviewed on: 20th February 2026
