Really pleased with the service I received from Hinc...

Really pleased with the service I received from Hinckley & Rugby Building Society. Emma was helpful, polite and very easy to deal with both online and over the phone. She came across genuinely caring and nothing ever felt too much trouble. It’s nice dealing with someone who actually takes the time to listen and help properly rather than just rushing you through. Great telephone support

I called with some questions about my remortgage products and Katherine was really helpful, answered all my questions and explained in a way that made sense. Mortgages can be a minefield and it was great to understand my options, and although she isn't allowed to advise me what to do, she gave me all the information to help me get a better understanding of it all. Pragmatic and Flexible Lending!

The situation was outside of the norm for most lenders, and for Hinckley have gone above & beyond by offering a loan above the usual LTV limits, whilst also assessing the income with a flexible attitude.
