A customer service team like no other.

Very impressive personal service

I am always impressed with the personal service H&R provides; the phone is answered by a real person who goes out of their way to answer all queries. So rare and refreshing in these days of AI. Yesterday it was Eloise who was so helpful and professional. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Excellent Service

I called regarding my mortgage renewal, I spoke with Lily who spoke lovely and clear, she gave me what information she could and then took the time to seek the further information I needed. Whilst on hold, I thought of another question, Lily again went to find this information. She responded by putting me through to Katherine, who again spoke clearly and was able to provide me with further information. It was great to speak with people who are UK based and have the knowledge to help. I feel a lot calmer after my call today regarding my mortgage renewal. Tracker mortgage

I have a tracker mortgage with an off set option which is perfect. I can save money whilst the interest is off set against the mortgage saving money. Whenever I have a query, it us not long before someone contacts me with an answer. Great service. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026
