I called regarding my mortgage renewal, I spoke with Lily who spoke lovely and clear, she gave me what information she could and then took the time to seek the further information I needed. Whilst on hold, I thought of another question, Lily again went to find this information. She responded by putting me through to Katherine, who again spoke clearly and was able to provide me with further information. It was great to speak with people who are UK based and have the knowledge to help. I feel a lot calmer after my call today regarding my mortgage renewal.
