excellent customer service

excellent customer service ( in contrast to an earlier call to a UK bank customer service which failed to deal with a simple enquiry, and struggled with language).Alice dealt with my log-in problem, and stayed on the line to check it was now working ok. Great staff but processes are antiquated & outdated.

Staff are really friendly and helpful but some of the prices are antiquated and outdated. I don't want to be given a cheque if I want to withdraw funds but don't have a pre registered bank account to transfer into. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
