Good Mortgage Deal

Best mortgage deal we found on market. Easy application process with great communication when more information was required. When initial deal was up they were still best renewal deal and that process was even easier than first application. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Good rates but limits on ability to overpay

I moved my mortgage to TSB severa years ago as it had the best rate at the time. I find the online site lacking in information and now I am in a position to overpay I realise that I have limited myself by going with a product which limits the amount you can overpay each year and no flex at all on this when I spoke to them. Only a couple of years left so no point changing now but might have chosen differently if I did this again Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

TSB is outstanding

TSB use Integrar and that is the issue

TSB use Integrar for mortgages. Integrar are inefficient and poor and have a review rating of one to two stars. I raised the issues I had with TSB and then said that others had said there were issues. TSB were going to look into it, but nothing has changed and they still use integrar. The mortgage staff and products at TSB might be fine, but they use Integrar and that is where it will all fall down. Avoid unless they change from Integrar. Reviewed on: 25th January 2023
