Useless

Trying to set up online banking and website won’t verify my identity. Spent over 2 weeks trying to resolve. Been asked to ‘switch it off and switch it back on again’ (I know it’s 2020 Reviewed on: 13th August 2020

Time to leave TSB

I am self isolating and have been for five weeks,however I need to carry out some transactions . I have attempted to register for internet& telephone banking. In order to do so the process means I receive a PIN number which would be sent to my home or mobile number,obviously I am not at home and because of the remote location I am staying at the moment I have no mobile signal. For security reasons,they Have refused to use the number of my current location or use my email address. As a result,I will now have to make a 140 round trip to Inverness. It’s my only option. Rubish online system

I have good Credit History. Card approved online but after few days got email that my application is declined. Rubbish system Reviewed on: 13th April 2020

No faith

I have had an excellent experience.

I have had an awesome experience with my platinum purchase card from TSB when using their credit card. Signing up and being approved took no time at all and it was shipped to me in just 3 business days. Overall I would highly recommend this card to anyone who is looking for a new card.
