Easy to speak to a human

They make you feel like a valued customer.

I've had a mortgage with Hinckley and Rugby Building Society or over 10 years. I've had a number of reasons to contact them over this period and every time I have spoken to someone who knows their job well, was friendly, and has always managed to resolve my problem quickly.
