Customer service is excellent at Hinckley and Rugby.

Customer service is excellent at Hinckley and Rugby. All the people who have answered the phone to me recently have been polite, clearly spoken, patient, well informed, helpful and friendly. Waiting time to talk to them is also minimal. All very refreshing compared to many other companies. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024
