The team went above and beyond to assist in a deed...

Avoid if you can

I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly they have been dreadful in every way, not least putting us on a higher interest rate than agreed and dragging their feet over resolving it. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

excellent customer service

excellent customer service ( in contrast to an earlier call to a UK bank customer service which failed to deal with a simple enquiry, and struggled with language).Alice dealt with my log-in problem, and stayed on the line to check it was now working ok.
