Great staff but processes are antiquated & outdated.

Staff are really friendly and helpful but some of the prices are antiquated and outdated. I don't want to be given a cheque if I want to withdraw funds but don't have a pre registered bank account to transfer into. Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

The person I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful. She was able to answer all my queries and was proactive in supplying additional information that was very useful. She was clearly spoken and easy to understand. She didn’t rush the call and didn’t make me feel I was taking up her time. She had excellent communication skills, and was friendly and polite. The lady I dealt with the second time round, Alice, was very good and professional and called me back promptly to update me on my query. A completely different expedience to my previous call with an advisor from Hinckley and rugby who didn’t even put my query through, promised to call back with an update and after I waited a month before calling - I find out nothing had been done!
