We was a bit unsure whether to apply for additional funds for home improvements or just sell up and move after initially applying for additional funds we changed our minds .Paula Marshall was absolutely brilliant with us she was very understanding and very patient and not at all bothered by our indecision even though we had clearly wasted her time. Mortgage Advice & Application

We applied for a single owner joint borrower mortgage to support our son buying his home . The Mortgage Adviser Ann Walpole was excellent throughout the process. It was not just the quality of advice provided and the service , it was the fact that Ann demonstrated real empathy & went the extra mile to ensure that the mortgage was in place to allow our son to purchase his home.
