Review of the Darlington Building Society, Mortgages:

We needed extra funds to do some works to the house.

We needed extra funds to do some works the house. Ann Walpole was incredibly patient and efficient, taking her time to explain the products to both myself and my daughter. There was nothing too much for Ann as she went over and beyond with her time and with her skill and great product knowledge but also taking her time to explain every little detail. Ann was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and breath of fresh air in a time when everything seems electronic and non-personal she brought back that human touch. Well done Ann and thank you again. Reviewed on: 27th October 2026
