    Inconvenient and inaccessible at customer cost!

    After an initial positive experience with DBS, I am shocked that since Jan 2026 they no longer have card machines in their buildings!? This makes... After an initial positive experience with DBS, I am shocked that since Jan 2026 they no longer have card machines in their buildings!? This makes it incredibly inconvenient to try and deposit into my savings account - I was told I can do this by bank transfer now, but when I put in my details on my banking app it says that they “couldn’t be checked right now, try again later or continue at your risk”. This isn’t good enough for a building society I initially chose due to convenience and ease. Additionally, their darlingtononline service is incredibly inaccessible and difficult to use, even for a young person in their twenties like me. Incredibly frustrating and ill be moving my money out of here as soon as I can, unfortunately. Read more Read less
