I have always found the Staff and products provided very good and the fact that I live in Durham and am more than happy to use DBS despite there not being a Branch in the City says a lot, I think. My first dealings with the DBS were in 1984/5 when I took my first mortage with you while living in Barnard Castle, the mortage moved with me to Durham when I moved house.
