She gave me time to make my decision, which I did and am more than happy.     I was greeted politely on arriving, was given a drink. The appointment was advised to be 30 minutes but only took 15 minutes. Despite my... I was greeted politely on arriving, was given a drink. The appointment was advised to be 30 minutes but only took 15 minutes. Despite my account maturing at close of play today the young man who dealt with me was able to set up the new account and advised he would be able to complete the process to save me having to revisit tomorrow. The whole process of opening a new account and moving money from another was made very straightforward. Everything was explained in detail and I was given an opportunity to ask any questions, which wasn’t necessary for me. Read more Read less

We were seen in a downstairs room due to my mobility problems but were very surprised that every time the young lady wanted to use a printer she had to leave us and go to the front desk.
