Megan was very pleasant and helpful.

Megan was very pleasant and helpful. She listened to my queries and quickly answered them. The branch office is very spacious, well situated in the town centre and the interview room most adequate. I have saved with the Darlington since I was a small child with a tin money box full of old pennies…which the counter clerk had to empty and count out. That was my first experience of opening my first savings account. I must’ve been about 7. Couldn’t reach the counter top. Staff have always been very helpful and friendly.
