Don't think about it - do it!

I was struggling to navigate the website to open a new ISA. I called the online customer service and spoke to a very nice chap called Simon. He stayed on the phone during the entire process and talked me through page by page. He was amazing and I can't thank him enough. Reviewed on: 28th October 2025

IT glitch resolved

Experienced an IT glitch which took a week for Darlington to resolve but I was kept informed and they honoured the interest rate I'd originally applied for.
