Craig, the gentleman who dealt with my query was very patient, knowledgable, professional and understanding. He explained everything to me using understandable layman's language and provided time for me to ask any questions. The conversation was peppered with humour which I appreciated! Thank you Craig! I consider it totally unnecessary to have to make an...

I consider it totally unnecessary to have to make an appointment to change from 1 type of account to another. As an existing customer I do not need to sit through a 3 minute video telling me about the society. The product is fine but when the term finishes I shall not go through the same procedure again, I shall move to an alternative Building Society Reviewed on: 14th August 2026
