Site poor and customer service unable to help except by telephone during office hours which unsuitable for working people. Email responses automatic telling me to phone. Unable to access matured funds as a consequence Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026

Slow/no response.

Slow response. Asked for contact phone number TWICE. yet did not call back as requested. Transfer amount less than balance showing when previously logged onto my account. No explanation or response. Refusal to communicate by email. Reviewed on: 1st September 2026

Dedicated Customer Care

Simon went the extra mile for me in helping me with my new ISA application on line. He was with me every step talking me through the whole process. His customer care was amazing he never rushed me even though the completion went over the 6pm closing time. True dedication very rare these days!! Thank you Simon for all your help. Issue forms to savers
