I would not recommend this bank to anyone

I would not recommend this bank to anyone, why? It's because they operate a banking system that encourages dubious suppliers like Boiler Central and Green Central to take advantage of the people by offering loans (without proper due diligence) on your behalf for services that these suppliers do not have the capability or resources to provide. These suppliers will forcefully ask you to sign (Customers' Satisfaction Note) for uncompleted work so that they can collect the payment from JN Bank. Please watch out for this kind of services because when you put in a complaint, thisbank (previously known as JN Bank) state that there is nothing they can do to help you. Please watch out for thisbank (previously known as JN Bank), as a financial organisation, they cannot be trusted. I will be reporting you to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with all the evidence at my disposal. Having provided a statement on thisbank (previously known as JN Bank)wrongdoings, I was expecting them to review my feedback and address the situation. Instead, they went back to Trustpilot, claiming the content of my feedback contains defamatory content. Please note that, I have evidence to back up my statement because the issue is still yet to be resolved and thisbank (previously known as JN Bank) as done nothing to see to it that the issue is resolve amicably. Best fixed interest rate.

Provided, by far, the best fixed interest rate for savings. Left me wondering what the catch is but after digging deeper I realised there is no catch and JN Bank UK is indeed an excellent choice. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023
