Dedicated Customer Care

Simon went the extra mile for me in helping me with my new ISA application on line. He was with me every step talking me through the whole process. His customer care was amazing he never rushed me even though the completion went over the 6pm closing time. True dedication very rare these days!! Thank you Simon for all your help.
