I attended my pre-booked appointment this morning to open up a new account, from the moment i arrived i was treated courteously and with a great amount of respect. Excellent staff service still going strong

Suzanne was very helpful and clearly explained to me everything I needed to know and made sure that I understood before committing to anything and I did not feel in anyway pressured. She gave me time to make my decision, which I did and am more than happy.
