Superb local service and care

Since I opened my account at Darlington Building Society I have received excellent service at my local branch. My elderly Mum & my in laws have also switched accounts and receive excellent service and support. I also opened junior savings accounts for my children. All generations of my family receiving excellent, local service and support with our savings. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2026

Always a warm welcome in branch and helpful staff. Savings accounts have solid rates comparable to other high street banks and building societies. Great provision for young savers.
