Rugby Branch staff of Hinkley & Rugby BS are excellent

My initial contact was to ring the Rugby Branch and spoke to Chloe and arrange an appointment to transfer in maturing ISA's for both myself and my wife. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and articulate in offering advice on what to bring with total assurance. On arrival we felt very welcome and Jeanette completed all the relevant paperwork in a professional and friendly manner. Jeanette also explained all the time lines in the transfer process and the whole experience in visiting this branch was a pleasure as everyone was very customer focused. Customer Service at it’s best

I was met with big smiles and even though I had quite a few transactions to complete, nothing was too much trouble. I also required some product information about ISA’s and the information provided along with brochures was very informative and helpful for my circumstances. Jo, Amy and Nathalie are a credit to the Society and Lutterworth are very lucky to have their knowledge and professionalism on the high street. Reviewed on: 11th August 2026

Kasey was friendly & efficient.

Professional, friendly and helpful service.

After my savings account matured I wanted to set up a follow on account and a new savings account. I was unsure what savings account to open and was assisted by Kasey who guided me through my options. Also, helping me complete the registration. Making the experience pleasant and fuss free.
