Building Societty experience on a Thursday afternoon

I was served by Neil, who was professional and friendly. He answered my questions fully. He did point out that I could get a better rate of interest with Hinckley & Rugby than my current building society. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026

Very quick response to a slightly complicated request.

Very quick response to a slightly complicated request. The only negative point is that the product is transactable only by post and the building society doesn't have a FREEPOST address or provide reply-paid envelopes, so transacting is costly. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026
