I saw Rachel Tebbutt and she guided me on how to open a treasurer's account. She explained the process and extremely helpful Reviewed on: 13th December 2025

Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient Staff.

We wanted to open Regular savings accounts for our 4 Grandchildren and make transfers from existing accounts. Questions asked online were answered very promptly [Thanks Jennifer], and then forms collected from Hinckley Branch for later completion. Both visits were very positive. Good explanations of the accounts and processes and processing of the paperwork. [Thanks Kasey and Jade]. The new accounts were visible online by the next day. Reviewed on: 12th December 2025
