my account locking due to failed password attempts

I called today about my account locking due to failed password attempts. the customer service person called Jennifer Williams, answered my call. She was patient, kind and helped my through my issue. she waited while I got the information needed and while I waited for emails to come through to change my password. Informative and helpful.

Excellent information about my 120 day ISA account and how I could transfer it straight away into a term ISA. Very efficient, very clear, very helpful. Most impressed.. Also liked talking to a real person - important to keep branches on the high street. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2026
