Rugby Branch staff of Hinkley & Rugby BS are excellent

My initial contact was to ring the Rugby Branch and spoke to Chloe and arrange an appointment to transfer in maturing ISA's for both myself and my wife. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and articulate in offering advice on what to bring with total assurance. On arrival we felt very welcome and Jeanette completed all the relevant paperwork in a professional and friendly manner. Jeanette also explained all the time lines in the transfer process and the whole experience in visiting this branch was a pleasure as everyone was very customer focused.
