Child Savings Accounts

I'd like to thank Kasey at the Castle Street branch for the excellent service she provided during both of my visits to open four children's savings accounts. Throughout the process, she went above and beyond to help, making everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to do everything she could to assist made a real difference. Kasey was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. Excellent efficiency.

I requested closure of one of my accounts by letter. This was carried out in a most efficient timeframe so much so that I was most surprised to find the closing balance in my Bank account the day after I posted my request.
