Went into Lutterworth branch this am to open an Isa.

Went into Lutterworth branch this am to open an Isa. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The staff member, Natalie, was extremely patient with me because I had a lot of questions. I knew what I wanted but the staff were not pushy or persuasive to get me to buy. Their explanations were very clear and gave me all the information I needed to make my own mind up. Excellent customer services from Hinckley & Rugby. Rang previously and they were very responsive, polite and addressed by issue. Had a second follow up query that I emailed them about and they rang me back literally within 2 mins. Jennifer understood the issue and it was resolved quickly.
