outstanding service from Sydney.

I rang and received outstanding service from Sydney. I got through straight away with no wait. Sydney was very friendly and polite. She spoke steadily and clearly and was very easy to understand. I asked lots of specific questions about an ISA transfer. She confidently answered them all and made sure I fully understood. Nothing was too much trouble.
