I needed to check my account hadn't been compromised as some of my other online accounts had been. Lily Shepherd took me through the process in a professional and friendly way, complying with all the necessary security protocols and sorted the issue out for me. Although I have had problems setting up my online account, everyone I spoke to was polite and helped me to get the issue resolved.
