5 STAR I spoke with a member of staff called Alice.

I spoke with a member of staff called Alice. This member of staff was a absolute credit to H&R. She was patient, great communication skills and her technical ability were superb. She will go along way in the company. Thank you Alice. Reviewed on: 14th May 2026

Good customer service in resolving an on-line issue.

Tried to create an online account, but had some issues which the customer service lady helped resolve for me. She was patient and easy to understand and resolved the issue quickly.. Reviewed on: 12th May 2026

Smiling faces and a very warm welcome.

Smiling faces and a very warm welcome. Jo helped with a passbook update which was done very quickly and efficiently. Asked me if there was anything else that I could help with, which was great as I felt unhurried and not just a number…..like some other high street financial institutions. Traditional and modern, that’s exactly what i expected and that’s what I experienced at HRBS Nuneaton. Thank you Hinckley and Rugby Building Society, keep up fantastic customer service.
