Chloe is a real asset to H&R

Chloe was very helpful in going through the savings options available as our bond was about to mature. She took the time to listen to our requirements and laid out possible products that would meet them. Even though we didn't have an appointment, at no time did we feel rushed into making a decision. Great support with online banking registration

I needed to contact Hinckley & Rugby after locking myself out of the registration process for online banking. Deborah was friendly, very helpful and, by the end of the call, I was able to retrace my steps and use the data I needed to proceed. My online account was soon up and running. Good customer service.

Interest rate when up from that originally quoted

I needed to upgrade a savings policy that had matured. When I went in to the branch, the rates I’d had quoted had gone up even more. I then decided to invest for a longer period of time than I had originally planned. Reviewed on: 13th October 2026
