Friendly staff who will always go the extra mile

Friendly helpful staff who always go the extra mile and actually know me and ask about family etc. Don’t see that often any more and that’s why I wouldn’t switch. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2026

Opening a new savings account

I went down yesterday to open a savings account and was met by Kasey Johnson a advisor that works there she was very helpful and very professional offering me all the options available made things very simple and easy for me 5 stars for her a credit for the company. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Friendly, patient and professional.

Friendly, patient and professional guidance given by Neil at Rugby’s branch of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society today when I opened my first Cash ISA account with them, taking time to explain my options in simple terms. 5year fixed rate opened in Coalville Branch...

Lucy and all staff in Coalville branch very professional also friendly. Lucy knew what account I was going into branch to open and she had most of the paperwork ready to fill in as they were short staffed. She is very efficient. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
