Informative and helpful.

Excellent information about my 120 day ISA account and how I could transfer it straight away into a term ISA. Very efficient, very clear, very helpful. Most impressed.. Also liked talking to a real person - important to keep branches on the high street. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2026

Interest query!

I had a query with my bond Interest, which I took out a couple of years ago, at the end of the maturity date. It had slipped my mind, which I had two initial payments whic was paid into my bank account the previou year. The staff was very proffessional and accommodating dealing with this matter. Service at the Hinkley&Rugby branch
