My local Hinckley & Rugby (SOUTH WIGSTON Leicestershire) is the most supportive, polite, helpful and advisory building society I have ever used. Just one example of their help was, when I had issues with the DWP who had made an error in my payments. They were so supportive and helped me get over that stress of that so well. They have also given me some very handy tips on savings, ISA's and many other things they offer. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
