Every dealing I have had with H&R BS staff is first rate. They are helpful, informative, patient, clear in their communication, thoroughly professional and use an appropriately friendly tone. I thought I had mislaid my online login and password...

I thought I had mislaid my online login and password, but Alice soon realised I hadn't actually signed up for online banking with you! She explained what I had to do clearly and didn't make me feel foolish!! Reviewed on: 14th September 2026
