Customer Service at it’s best

I was met with big smiles and even though I had quite a few transactions to complete, nothing was too much trouble. I also required some product information about ISA’s and the information provided along with brochures was very informative and helpful for my circumstances. Jo, Amy and Nathalie are a credit to the Society and Lutterworth are very lucky to have their knowledge and professionalism on the high street. Reviewed on: 11th August 2026

Professional, friendly and helpful service.

After my savings account matured I wanted to set up a follow on account and a new savings account. I was unsure what savings account to open and was assisted by Kasey who guided me through my options. Also, helping me complete the registration. Making the experience pleasant and fuss free. Child Savings Accounts

I'd like to thank Kasey at the Castle Street branch for the excellent service she provided during both of my visits to open four children's savings accounts. Throughout the process, she went above and beyond to help, making everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to do everything she could to assist made a real difference. Kasey was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us.
