Excellent service!

I was assisted with my query about setting up our savings account online. The lady on the end of the phone had a nice manner and provided me with the information I needed. First rate. Reviewed on: 26th June 2026

Old account

Old account - needed to find out if still live and if had savings with H & R. The information I was able to give was very little which led to what security check could be given. Alice was able to match historic details which goes back to 1993, our other issue was that council areas and Royal Mail had during this time changed our district and postcode. Alice provided details as to what to do re access to the account. Alice was polite and understood the issue, very helpful. Reviewed on: 24th June 2026

Money Transfer

I spoke with Jennifer Williams to arrange to transfer some money. Jennifer was helpful, polite and informative, making the whole process easy. Any questions about the process were answered clearly, with all information provided on what to expect for the transfer. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026
