I rang and received outstanding service from Sydney. I got through straight away with no wait. Sydney was very friendly and polite. She spoke steadily and clearly and was very easy to understand. I asked lots of specific questions about an ISA transfer. She confidently answered them all and made sure I fully understood. Nothing was too much trouble. No hesitation in recommending HRBS

From setting up the account to transferring funds across to our 90 Day Notice account, we have not had any frustrations, lack of understanding of our sector or long waits for resolutions.
