It’s Easy to Bank with Cynergy.

I found the CynergyBank Bank app well thought through and I have been able to complete all the actions necessary with it. I have not had to call customer services as it all just works. I would recommend this bank. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Cybergy bank Cash ISA

Cybergy bank has a slightly outdated login system, using a separate camera verification app rather than two-factor, which has lessened its appeal. The website itself is functional but not very user friendly and can have you struggling to access the information you need. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

I could not access my account online due to their ridiculous security system and I was locked out. I rang customer service and went through security questions and was told I had failed security questions and to go away and rethink my answers. Finally managed to access my account on the third phone call after having to go through three lots of security hoops with customer services Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Good all rounder with no hassle

I find that they are very competitive. I've used multiple accounts with this bank. Once you have the app it's so easy to change your account to a better one think I changed my savings one around 15 times when the interest rates were going up. They may not be at the top of the tables but there not far off it. Was going to use them as 1 of my ISA'S is maturing this month but my worry is I'd be over the 85k protection so will have to look around. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024
