Competitive Rates & Great Customer Service

I have been with Cynergy bank for a number of years and I have always been treated fairly. Whenever the Bank issued a higher paying interest rate, I have been able to switch into the latest Issue and benefited from the higher interest rate. Additionally, whenever I have I contacted the customer support team, I was treated with care and they ensured that my queries were answered in full and that I was happy with the answers and service. Tembo ISA - a flexible product with a interest rate

Tembo ISA interest rate is very competitive and the account is flexible as there no restrictions, apart from the ISA annual limit. The App is very easy to use and has been trouble free. Although I have not had the need to contact Customer Service, however. They are at the end of the phone. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026
