Avoid this bank

Despite my Cynergy fixed term bond having expired almost 3 weeks ago, I've still to receive the interest I am due. Cynergy have given no explanation for the delay. I've been told on 3 occasions the issue has been "escalated to a bond manager" but this has made no difference at all. I've received no contact from Cynergy and have had to do all the running. This is despite having lodged a formal complaint. I've been surprised to see multiple positive reviews of Cynergy on this platform. My experience of them has been awful. Avoid this bank.
