I could not access my account online due to their ridiculous security system and I was locked out. I rang customer service and went through...     I find that they are very competitive. I've used multiple accounts with this bank. Once you have the app it's so easy to change your... I find that they are very competitive. I've used multiple accounts with this bank. Once you have the app it's so easy to change your account to a better one think I changed my savings one around 15 times when the interest rates were going up. They may not be at the top of the tables but there not far off it. Was going to use them as 1 of my ISA'S is maturing this month but my worry is I'd be over the 85k protection so will have to look around. Read more Read less

    Cynergy always have market leading interest rates and bonuses on their savings accounts. They could make it easier for their loyal customers by alerting them...
