I spoke with Liam Hollis at the Castle Street Branch in Hinckley, He was polite, friendly and professional explaining all queries satisfactory. I did think the area given for completing paperwork was cramped and very basic. Reviewed on: 5th September 2024

Savings account

Liam served me & I have no complaints, but one thing he didn't clarify, which I would have liked him to, was, what happens re the interest, eg no loss of interest, when converting my 120 day notice account to the 180 day notice version. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Friendly, welcoming and very helpful!

I had a complex savings issue to deal with, on behalf of a member of my family with particular needs. Caven was really helpful and understanding.
