In Branch ad hoc visit

We popped into Branch in Hinckley on spec to enquire about opening an account. We were seen really quickly and moved to a more private area to discuss with Kasey who was able to help us and create a the right account. Reviewed on: 24th February 2026

Neil made my visit today easy and positive

Neil supported me today making it so quick and easy. He was so lovely and understanding and really explained things to me which I really appreciate. I had my son with me today who was a little lively but Neil was really understanding of that. The experience was very positive. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

You can talk to a person - gets my vote

Had problems with joining the on-line system. Phone answered quite quickly and spoke to a real person ( big tick) and issue resolved within reasonable time. I have a decent return on my investment - so what's not to like. However, it's not my job to recommend HRBS - as it won't suit everyone Reviewed on: 19th February 2026
