Excellent customer service...

I came in to set up an ISA following Rita letting me know that the ISA interest rates had gone up twice recently. I had an appointment with Rita and she explained things really clearly, and was so helpful, polite and able to answer all my questions. This is why I love the Hinckley and Rugby at South Wigston, it's the personal face to face service. Always greeted with a smile. I'd also like to thank Linda who recently recommended looking at other savings accounts to increase my interest rate. I opened that new savings account with hinckley and rugby and am getting 4% Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026
