Lilly was very helpful answering questions about my easy access account, talking me through how to set up a telephone password and my nominated bank account. I wanted to close an account and move the balance to another account. I did this simply by using a mixture of online and personal telephone calls. Rita and her staff at Wigston were extremely helpful as well as being down to earth and pleasant. Great care was taken to assure the safety and security of my account. Thank you all concerned.
