Excellent support on the phone.

Jennifer Williams was able to help when I used the phone contact. She was excellent at talking me through how to log in online and very patient as we waited for verfication emails to come through. Very friendly, clear directions and professional. Reviewed on: 18th May 2026

Good customer service in resolving an on-line issue.

Tried to create an online account, but had some issues which the customer service lady helped resolve for me. She was patient and easy to understand and resolved the issue quickly.. Reviewed on: 12th May 2026

Helpful When Opening a new ISA account

I managed to get a good interest rate ISA and there customer service at opening the account for me and Micheala helping support me was great when my bank made an error with my cheque. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2026
