Great service at Rugby branch

Visited branch in Rugby to update account and enquire about a fixed term savings account. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. Managed to sort out accounts with that visit face to face with Neil and found his manner both very approachable and professional. Unlike my other bank nearby who told me I had to do everything online. I felt that staff had time to give me a thorough explanation about what services could be offered and it was a pleasure to treated so respectfully Reviewed on: 6th June 2026
