Excellent efficiency.

I requested closure of one of my accounts by letter. This was carried out in a most efficient timeframe so much so that I was most surprised to find the closing balance in my Bank account the day after I posted my request. This is not what I normally experience in similar situations with other financial institutions. Reviewed on: 29th July 2026
