Excellent Customer Service

We used H&RBS for the first time last year to purchase ISAs. The branch staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We valued having access to a branch in our village. Calls to customer support were answered promptly and queries addressed quickly. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

Excellent Customer Service

My husband and I have both opened ISA accounts with H&RBS recently and have been very impressed with the customer service they provided both in branch and by telephone. Branch staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Telephone calls were answered quickly by experienced staff. We will use this building society again. Reviewed on: 14th March 2026
