Outstanding support

In December i lost my husband and Louise from H&R has been the person who has supported me regarding my mortgage. She has been outstanding and so helpful that i don't think during this difficult time i would have managed regarding my home and the mortgage. She called me very regularly and her support and encouraging words have been incredable and knowing that she is only on the end of the phone has meant more than any family member calling to check in. She is a credit to the company and a very outstanding and warm human who was very understanding and interested in us as a family and empathic to our grief. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026
