Best Decision We Ever Made

Dear Hinckley & Rugby team, We wanted to write to you properly, beyond ticking survey boxes, because the service you have given us deserves more than a score — although for the record, it is an emphatic 10 out of 10. Having just returned to Scotland after fourteen years in Canada, and living in temporary accommodation while buying our home in the Highlands, our circumstances were a little out of the ordinary. Your team took them completely in their stride, treating us as people with a story that made sense — and it showed in everything that followed. Your communication was outstanding — clear, prompt, and human at every step. You told us what you needed and when you would decide, and then you did exactly that: our offer arrived comfortably within the fifteen days you quoted, and you kept to every date you gave us along the way. That reliability took all the stress out of what could have been a very anxious time for a family mid-move. Just as importantly, every interaction was professional and genuinely friendly. Nothing felt like a transaction; it felt like a team on our side, working to get a family into their home. Your common-sense approach is not just a line on your website — we have experienced it, and it is the reason we will shortly take entry to our new home in Strathpeffer. We could not be happier to have our mortgage with a society like yours, and we will be recommending Hinckley & Rugby without hesitation.
